This classic formula—commonly known as Si Wu Tang—includes four essential herbs: Angelica Root, Rehmannia, White Peony Root, and Ligusticum. It is widely used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to nourish and circulate Blood, regulate menstruation, reduce fatigue, and improve skin tone. Ideal for use after menstruation or in postpartum recovery to rebuild vitality.
📌 Drink 1–2 times per week as needed.

🌿 Ingredients (Raw Herb Weight):
• Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis) – 15g
• Shu Di Huang (Rehmannia Root – prepared) – 15g
• Bai Shao (White Peony Root) – 15g
• Chuan Xiong (Ligusticum Root) – 10g
• Hong Zao (Red Dates, pitted) – 25g (for added Qi and Spleen support)

🥣 Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse all herbs thoroughly. Add to approx. 1200 ml of water.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 40–60 minutes.
3. Optionally add black or brown sugar to taste.
4. You may add lean pork or chicken to enhance flavor and nourishment.
👉 Please blanch the meat first (boil briefly to remove blood and impurities) before adding it to the pot.
